DOI Finds Tribe Violated Whistle-Blower Provisions In Removing Chairman

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 10:40 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) in its April 24 final disposition confirmed its initial determination that the Chippewa Cree Tribe (CCT) engaged in prohibited reprisal when it removed Kenneth Blatt-St. Marks from the position of chairman of the CCT Business Committee in March 2013.
