Mealey's (November 18, 2020, 9:05 AM EST) -- PITTSBURGH — A federal judge in Pennsylvania on Nov. 9 granted insureds’ motion for partial summary judgment in their lawsuit seeking coverage for underlying allegations of harm caused by their distribution and sale of prescription opioids, finding that the underlying lawsuits assert  “accidents” and, therefore, are “occurrences” triggering coverage (Giant Eagle, Inc., et al. v.
