Mealey's (November 16, 2020, 4:50 PM EST) -- GREENBELT, Md. — Five plaintiffs on Nov. 13 told a Maryland federal court that they are opposed to a renewed motion by the Food and Drug Administration to stay the court’s preliminary injunction against a federal rule requiring in-person appointments to obtain medical abortion pills, saying the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says the threat from the COVID-19 pandemic has not been “removed or significantly mitigated” (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, et al. v.
