(October 28, 2020, 1:57 PM EDT) -- CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Asbestos claimants in the Chapter 11 case of Georgia-Pacific affiliate Bestwall LLC are not entitled to a declaratory judgment over a funding agreement between the two companies because there is no controversy over whether the agreement can be assigned to an asbestos trust, the debtor tells a North Carolina federal bankruptcy court in an Oct. 14 motion to dismiss the claimants’ adversary action (In re Bestwall LLC, [Official Committee of Asbestos Claimants, et al. v.
