Driller Accepts Payment From Fracking Company In Satisfaction Of Judgment
(January 27, 2016, 12:49 PM EST) -- COLUMBUS, Ohio — A drilling company that sued a hydraulic fracturing company and the fracking company’s insurer with respect to the parties’ respective liabilities pertaining to an underlying groundwater contamination lawsuit on Dec. 30 officially withdrew its motion to enforce a judgment against the fracking company based on its payment of $194,592.20 (Warren Drilling Company v. Equitable Production Company, No. 12-00425, S.D. Ohio).
