(CHLIC) and OptumRx Inc. of scheming to overcharge for prescription drugs granted CHLIC's partial motion to dismiss two claims brought by a Georgia employee on behalf of a Georgia subclass, finding CHLIC was not a party to that employee's plans (Kimberly A.
