Government: Donziger Not Entitled To Exception In Criminal Contempt Case

Donziger, the attorney who won an $18.5 billion judgment against Chevron Corp. in a court in Ecuador for injuries only to have it reversed, does not support his claim that a purported exception to the collateral bar doctrine should apply to the orders at issue regarding criminal contempt (United States v.
