(January 19, 2016, 1:17 PM EST) -- NEW ORLEANS — A company’s evidence in support of removal creates “plausible generalities” but falls short of demonstrating that the Navy forbade asbestos warnings in the instant case, a federal judge in Louisiana held Dec. 23 (Howard Zeringue v.
