California Class Action Over Payment Fees Stayed Under First-To-File Rule

(FMC) of violating California's unfair competition law (UCL) when charging additional fees for making mortgage payments online or over the phone under the "first-to-file" rule because the allegations in the suit are "sufficiently similar" to a class action in federal court in Texas that was filed a month before (Neri Urbina, et al. v.
