Wisconsin Federal Judge: Evidence Suggests Employee Worked With Asbestos Products
(January 19, 2016, 12:07 PM EST) -- MILWAUKEE — Because there is sufficient evidence suggesting that a former employee was exposed to asbestos while working for his employer, a Wisconsin federal judge on Jan. 6 denied the employer and insurer’s motion for summary judgment (Beverly Ahnert v. Employers Insurance Company of Wausau, et al., No. 13-1456, E.D. Wis.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 1031).
