Mealey's (July 24, 2020, 5:15 PM EDT) -- ROANOKE, Va. — A couple and three individuals who have filed petitions for Chapter 13 bankruptcy filed an amended adversarial class action complaint in federal bankruptcy court in Virginia on June 25, claiming that Wells Fargo & Co. and Wells Fargo Bank N.A.. erroneously submitted notices in their bankruptcy proceedings stating that they had entered into mortgage forbearance agreements due to the COVID-19 pandemic (Troy Shannon Harlow, et al. v.
