Mealey's (June 29, 2020, 2:18 PM EDT) -- ALLENTOWN, Pa. — The owners and operators of a senior housing community will pay a $55,000 civil penalty and establish a settlement fund of at least $250,000 to compensate residents and prospective residents who were harmed by tenant occupancy and eligibility policies and practices that discriminate against people with disabilities, according to a consent order signed June 25 by a federal judge in Pennsylvania (United States v.
