(January 13, 2016, 10:58 AM EST) -- DETROIT — The Michigan Court of Appeals on Nov. 19 ruled that a trial court erred in concluding that a motel was overcharged in a franchise agreement dispute over water and sewer debt service charges (Lake Bluff Motel, Inc. v. South Haven Charter Township, No. 323766, Mich. App.; 2015 Mich. App. LEXIS 2184).
