California Federal Judge Dismisses Complaint Against Arby’s, Restaurant Franchisee
(January 13, 2016, 10:32 AM EST) -- SAN JOSE, Calif. — A California federal judge on Nov. 3 dismissed a woman’s first amended complaint against Arby’s Restaurant Group (ARG) and franchisee Altamira Corp. that alleged violations of the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and federal law and sexual harassment by an Altamira employee (Miriam Andrade v. Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., et al., No. 5:15cv3175, N.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 150031).
