City Enjoined From Supplying Water To Disputed Customers, But Retains Water Lines

(January 13, 2016, 10:25 AM EST) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — An Oklahoma federal judge on Jan. 11 permanently enjoined the City of Guthrie, Okla., from providing water service to customers living within the Rural Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Management District No. 1 in Logan County (Logan-1), but declined to order that the city must turn over its water lines in one development to the rural water district (Rural Water, Sewer, and Solid Waste Management District No. 1, Logan County, et al. v.
