(January 8, 2016, 12:36 PM EST) -- RICHMOND, Va. — The Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Dec. 29 issued a notice that the appeal of a suit, which concerns whether a business policy insurer must cover a boating accident that the insured claims happened while he was entertaining prospective clients, has been referred to a panel of three judges before scheduling oral argument for possible disposition pursuant to Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 34 (Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company v. Jo A. Lewis, et al., No. 15-1575, 4th Cir.)....
