(May 12, 2020, 7:39 AM EDT) -- AUSTIN, Texas — A vacation rental company that touts itself as an alternative to Airbnb and VRBO breached its rental agreements by changing its refund policy in the midst of the novel coronavirus pandemic and failing to refund customers for reservations they were not able to use due shelter-in-place orders issued around the country, a Montana resident and a Texas resident allege in an April 24 class complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas (Shane Cahill, et al. v.
