Mealey's (May 7, 2020, 4:05 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal judge in the District of Columbia on May 6 dismissed breach of fiduciary claims added to a class action in an amended complaint against AARP Inc. and related entities over a commission charged on AARP-administered Medigap policies, finding that the plaintiffs failed to plausibly allege the necessary fiduciary relationships with any of the defendants (Helen Krukas, et al. v. AARP, Inc., et al., No. 18-1124, D. D.C., 2020 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 79642)....
