(January 8, 2016, 10:26 AM EST) -- BALTIMORE — A Maryland federal judge on Dec. 22 dismissed a portion of a disability claimant’s complaint regarding the reduction of benefits because the plans at issue clearly allow for a reduction of benefits if Social Security benefits are awarded, but the judge refused to dismiss the claim pertaining to the calculation of benefits because the administrator may have incorrectly calculated the amount of overpayment (Ernest H.
