Mealey's (April 28, 2020, 1:26 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A federal judge in Pennsylvania on April 24 sentenced a Florida man to 15 months plus one day in prison and ordered him to pay $3.4 million in restitution after he pleaded guilty to participating in a scheme involving the payment of kickbacks for medically unnecessary urine tests for patients receiving treatment at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania announced (United States v.
