(April 14, 2020, 1:39 PM EDT) -- GEORGETOWN, Del. — A couple that is suing a chicken processing plant operated by Mountaire Corp. for allegedly contaminating the local groundwater with wastewater on April 14 moved in Delaware state court for discovery sanctions and a rule to show cause against Mountaire because it has objected to every request and has engaged in protracted litigation on every issue (Gary and Anna-Marie Cuppels, et al. v.
