(March 30, 2020, 9:43 AM EDT) -- HOUSTON — A Texas appeals panel on March 26 affirmed a lower court’s ruling that an insurer owes no coverage for an underlying $87,598 default judgment entered against its hospital insured in an employment discrimination lawsuit because the hospital failed to timely report the claim (Junious R.
