Mealey's (December 30, 2015, 10:05 AM EST) -- OAKLAND, Calif. — A California federal judge on Dec. 22 granted a motion filed by a former employee of a sightseeing business for certification of two classes that assert claims for violation of California labor law and the unfair competition law (UCL) (Harold C. Robinson, et al. v. Open Top Sightseeing San Francisco, LLC, No. 14-cv-0852, N.D. Calif.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 171555).
