(December 24, 2015, 12:34 PM EST) -- MILWAUKEE — A contractor’s business owners liability insurer had no duty to defend an allegation of misrepresentation against an insured because they do not constitute property damage, a Wisconsin appeals panel affirmed Dec. 22 (Maya E. Smith v. Jeff Anderson d/b/a Anderson Real Estate Services v. 4th Dimension Design, Inc., No. 2015AP79, Wis. App., Dist. 1; 2015 Wisc. App. LEXIS 879).
