Mealey's (February 27, 2020, 12:43 PM EST) -- HATTIESBURG, Miss. — A federal judge in Mississippi on Feb. 24 granted a motion to dismiss filed by an insurance agent and an insurance adjuster in an insurance breach of contract, negligence and bad faith lawsuit stemming from a homeowners insurance dispute, ruling that an insured failed to state his claims against the individual defendants and, thus, improperly joined those defendants in the action (Joseph Kirby v.
