(February 13, 2020, 1:09 PM EST) -- LANSING, Mich. —The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) on Feb. 3 reached a $69.5 million settlement with a manufacturer of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) that had contaminated drinking water supplies in the state.
