(December 22, 2015, 8:39 AM EST) -- JACKSON, Miss. — A Mississippi Court of Appeals panel on Dec. 1 affirmed a lower court’s grant of summary judgment to a medical center, finding that a patient who fell off of a treadmill during a stress test had actually filed a claim for medical malpractice and, therefore, the suit was time-barred (Rosie Moore v.
