Mealey's (January 23, 2020, 7:02 PM EST) -- ORLANDO, Fla. — A Florida federal judge on Jan. 22 dismissed an insured’s claim seeking a declaration that an auto insurer had a nondelegable duty to settle a claim against the insured after determining that the claim seeks an advisory opinion and is duplicative of the insured’s bad faith claim (Penny Christine Hitchcock v.
