Former Wrestlers Tell Court Their Suit Against WWE Is Timely

Mealey's (December 18, 2015, 3:19 PM EST) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn., — Three former World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. (WWE) wrestlers who sued the WWE for failing to educate them about concussions say in a Dec. 7 brief that it would be improper for a federal judge in Connecticut to dismiss their case because their complaint against the WWE was timely and the WWE owed its wrestlers a duty to warn them of concussions (Russ McCullough, et al. v.
