U.S. Supreme Court Asks Solicitor General’s View On Miss.-Tenn. Water Dispute

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 7:51 AM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Supreme Court on Oct. 20, 2014, asked the solicitor general for his views on Mississippi’s renewed complaint that Tennessee is unlawfully taking Mississippi’s underground water for the City of Memphis, Tenn. (State of Mississippi v. State of Tennessee, et al., No. 143, Original, U.S. Sup.).
