(December 15, 2015, 12:54 PM EST) -- NEW YORK — An asbestos defendant waived its jurisdictional argument by waiting months to raise it and cannot obtain dismissal based on its “tunnel vision,” a New York justice held Nov. 23 (Gaspar Hernandez-Vega v. Air & Liquid Systems Corp., No. 190367/2014, N.Y. Sup., New York Co.; 2015 N.Y. Misc. LEXIS 4306).
