Intuit Faces Class Suit Alleging Failure To Safeguard Customers’ Info

Mealey's (June 16, 2015, 4:49 PM EDT) -- SAN JOSE, Calif. — An Ohio woman and an Alabama woman filed a class complaint in California federal court on April 20 accusing Intuit Inc. and 100 unnamed Does of failing to protect tax filers’ personal information from cybercriminals and fraudsters (Christine Diaz, et al. v.
