Mealey's (November 14, 2019, 8:19 AM EST) -- SPOKANE, Wash. — A Washington federal judge on Nov. 12 granted a life insurer’s motion for summary judgment after determining that the beneficiary failed to prove that the life insurer breached any provision of the insurance contract or acted in bad faith when it terminated the life insurance policy based on the insured’s failure to pay the premium payment (Leslie Bargel v.
