Mealey's (November 13, 2019, 1:42 PM EST) -- DALLAS — A federal judge in Texas on Nov. 12 ruled that a plaintiff in a trade secret misappropriation lawsuit against cruise line company Carnival Corp. and one of its executive officers failed to properly show that she took necessary steps to maintain the secrecy of trade secrets she alleged the defendants misappropriated in developing a reality television show (Sue Richter v.
