(December 11, 2015, 9:14 AM EST) -- DALLAS — Dismissal of claims in a securities lawsuit against two law firms and attorneys alleged to have aided in R. Allan Stanford’s massive Ponzi scheme is not proper because the defendants have failed to show that a Texas federal court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over the action, plaintiffs argue in a Dec. 4 opposition brief (ARCA Investments, et al. v.
