Mealey's (November 7, 2019, 12:50 PM EST) -- CINCINNATI — A trial court correctly issued a summary judgment ruling for Time Warner Cable Inc. in a lawsuit by former employees who claimed that the company broke oral promises related to job security and pay but erred in awarding monetary sanctions to the employees after a magistrate judge already ruled that Time Warner failed to timely disclose certain documents, but that the error was harmless, a Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled Oct. 4 (Kenneth Bisig, et al. v.
