Environmental Groups Move For Summary Judgment Against Nestlé Water Bottling
(December 10, 2015, 10:33 AM EST) -- RIVERSIDE, Calif. — Two California environmental groups on Nov. 24 asked a federal court to find that the U.S. Forest Service is illegally licensing Nestlé to take water from the San Bernardino National Forest with an expired permit and to grant summary judgment in the plaintiff’s favor (Center for Biological Diversity, et al. v. U.S. Forest Service, No. 15-2098, C.D. Calif., Eastern Div., Riverside).
