Six Flags' Liability For Gang Attack On Park Patron Affirmed

Mealey's (December 8, 2015, 10:11 AM EST) -- ATLANTA — Although a Georgia Court of Appeals majority on Nov. 20 affirmed a trial court’s finding that an amusement park operator was liable under a premises liability theory for injuries sustained by a patron on an adjoining property, the lower court’s judgment and verdict in the patron’s favor were reversed and remanded due to the majority’s finding of an error in the jury’s apportionment of fault (Six Flags Over Georgia II L.P., et al. v.
