North Dakota Judge Dismisses Oil Spill Coverage Suit
(December 8, 2015, 8:28 AM EST) -- BISMARCK, N.D. — A North Dakota federal judge on Dec. 2 dismissed a coverage dispute arising out of an oil spill caused by a train derailment after the parties filed a stipulation to dismiss the suit with prejudice (World Fuel Services Corp., et al. v. Alterra Excess & Surplus Insurance Co., n/k/a Markel Corp., No. 14-054, D. N.D.).
