Federal Judge Denies Plaintiff’s Motion To Remand Slip-And-Fall Case

(December 4, 2015, 1:27 PM EST) -- DALLAS — A federal judge in Texas on Nov. 19 denied a motion to remand a slip-and-fall suit after finding that one of the defendants in the case could not be found individually liable in a premises liability case where a woman allegedly slipped in a puddle in a store (Donna Fugitt and Billy Fugitt v. Walmart Stores, Inc., et al., No. 3:15-CV-2145-B, N.D. Texas; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 156884).
