Mealey's (October 3, 2019, 12:54 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — BP PLC and 25 other oil companies in an Oct. 1 application ask the nation’s high court to stay remand of the mayor and city council of Baltimore’s lawsuit claiming that the companies withheld information about the link between burning fossil fuels and climate change while they wait for a decision from the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals as to whether the decision should be reversed (BP PLC, et al. v.
