Mealey's (November 30, 2015, 9:48 AM EST) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — Summary judgment in an insurance dispute is proper, a federal judge in Oklahoma ruled Nov. 23, because insureds have failed to state valid claims for breach of contract and insurance bad faith (Christa Higgins, et al. v. Allstate Indemnity Co., No. 14-959, W.D. Okla.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 157724).
