Plaintiffs Move To Prevent Window Maker From Using Untimely Filed Records

Mealey's (November 30, 2015, 7:59 AM EST) -- CHARLESTON, S.C. — Plaintiffs alleging that Pella Corp.’s Architect and Designer series windows are defective because they allow for water intrusion told the federal judge in South Carolina overseeing the multidistrict litigation on Nov. 11 that the window maker should not be allowed to introduce business records it recently attached to its expert reports, asserting that the company did not produce the information when it was requested during discovery (In re: Pella Corporation Architect and Designer Series Windows Marketing, Sales Practices and products Liability Litigation, MDL 2514, Case No. 14mn1, D.
