(June 26, 2019, 12:21 PM EDT) -- LAKE CHARLES, La. — A Louisiana appeals court panel on June 5 overturned a trial court’s ruling vacating an arbitration award to plaintiffs who claim that components of a mobile home they purchased were defective, finding that the defendant companies were unable to show that the arbitrator exceeded his authority when addressing the issue of preemption and by finding in favor of the plaintiffs (Carl C.
