(November 12, 2015, 12:59 PM EST) -- LAKE CHARLES, La. — A Louisiana appeals panel on Nov. 12 rejected a plaintiff’s assertion that a doctor insured failed to obtain informed consent by not disclosing his financial arrangement with a hospital, resolving the last remaining issue in a medical malpractice dispute on remand for the second time (Clyde Snider Jr., et ux. v.
