Cosby Jr.'s homeowners and excess insurer argues in an Oct. 9 brief that allegedly injurious statements the actor and comedian made against model, actress and TV producer Janice Dickinson clearly “arise out of” her rape “allegation” against Cosby, reinforcing its argument that coverage for Dickinson’s lawsuit against Cosby is barred by the "sexual molestation or corporal punishment" exclusion (AIG Property Casualty Co. v.
