Plaintiff Seeks To Certify Class In Suit Against Gerber

Mealey's (November 10, 2015, 11:18 AM EST) -- LOS ANGELES — The plaintiff in a suit against a baby food company on Oct. 26 moved for class certification in federal court in California in a case in which the company is alleged to have advertised the health benefits of its baby formula (Oula Zakaria, et al. v. Gerber Products Co., 2:15-cv-00200-JAK-E, C.D. Calif.).
