VII, where a trademark plaintiff seeks recovery of an infringement defendant’s profits in lieu of actual damages (Hard Candy LLC v. Anastasia Beverly Hills Inc., No. 18-10877, 11th Cir., 2019 U.S. App. LEXIS 11877)....
