(April 23, 2019, 9:40 AM EDT) -- OMAHA, Neb. — A commercial general liability insurer has no duty to defend its insured for an underlying personal injury suit arising out of the release of ammonia gas because the policy’s pollution exclusion clearly applies as a bar to coverage, a Nebraska federal judge said April 15 (Topp’s Mechanical Inc. v.
