(November 6, 2015, 8:09 AM EST) -- LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Kentucky federal judge on Oct. 22 dismissed a complaint against a disability insurer because the claimant failed to allege facts to support her claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (Nicole Myers v. Anthem Life Insurance Co., No. 14-948, W.D. Ky.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 143475).
